Being Easy

We had a great session with a service industry client yesterday on being easy to do business with. The firm has been built around its technical competence, like most in its industry. We are helping them to realise that technical competence alone will not fuel their growth.

They need to differentiate themselves by being easy to do business with at each stage of their client’s journey. Translating their business process into that client journey and getting them to look from a client’s perspective was the starting point.

The result of the workshop was they have identified and prioritised a number of actions that will make them easier, most of which are simple to implement, all of which will have a positive impact on their client’s and their business.

The great news being they have committed to and can see how they can make those changes in the next month.
