Andy Key BSc (Marketing and Psychology)
Co-founder and partner. A qualified coach, he started his marketing career in the car industry. Since then, Andy has worked in a very broad range of industries, both as an employee and as a consultant. For many years he worked as a communications consultant helping clients in sectors such as petro-chemicals, insurance and manufacturing to get their message across and influence change. Andy’s area of specialism is sales and marketing and he is passionate about the power of coaching as a tool to influence sustainable change.
Dave Farbrother ACMA, BA (Law)
Co-founder and partner. He is passionate about helping good companies to grow. He is a financial professional who developed his career with ICL followed up with over 10 years experience in senior management at Director level in UK and USA based companies. With a first class track record in both large corporations and SME’s. Dave drives business change through improved financial performance.
